How do I top-up/recharge my account from an I-Phone or Apple device ?
Recharging from Iphone is very simple. Simply visit www.parrotphone.com from your browser. On the the page you will see Login/Recharge button. Click on the button and you will be redirected to the login/payment page. Then fill in your number starting with the country code example (17314423333 for USA and 447588660788 for a United Kingdom number) Also fill in your passcode/password . If you don’t have it you can request for your passcode/password on the same login page and the pass-code will be sent by SMS to your number immediately. Use the pass-code sent to your phone as your password to login and then you can see the payment portal.
What can I do if I cannot make a call even when I am sure that my phone has internet or I am connected to a working wifi ?.
